The Era of We application allows you to easily keep track of the customer’s reviews and ratings. In this documentation, you will understand how to view customer reviews. 

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the interface and, select ‘Roastery profile’ option from the drop-down menu.  

 

 

 

Step 2: On the Roastery profile page, click on the ‘Reviews’ tab.  

 

 

 

 

Roasters can also view the customer reviews by clicking on the ‘See more’ button in the ‘Your rating’ section on the dashboard.  

 

 

 

 

Thus, you can view customer reviews as a roaster.
